The hotel is gorgeous & beautifully decorated. I stayed here for DragonCon weekend on Labor Day weekend so it was only a few blocks from all of that. Bathrooms are huge, beds comfortable, ample room for clothes in closet and drawers. Staff was great and very accommodating. There was one night they even had popcorn when you enter the lobby (not sure if the occasion but that’s a neat treat!)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good at the restaurant; however, we were told there was "room service" but we had to go there physically to order and get food to take up to the room. Towels were ample and housekeeping was exceptional..

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were nicely done. Check in was easy and they were helpful in us finding our room and where we needed to go. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the onsite restaurant By George and both meals were great. We had a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meal and the staff was very helpful.. Just watch out for the fancy $8/glass of sweet tea!

Beautiful historic hotel and well-updated and maintained. Our first stay was on 4th floor - beautifully spacious room for two. Our second stay was on 13th floor with nice big windows but smaller and furnished for one (e.g. one chair and you had to sit in chair to see TV as it was perpendicular to bed). But the showers in both rooms are wonderful. Hotel rooms and hallways are very quiet (solid doors!). We enjoyed a couple of good dinners and breakfasts at the hotel’s restaurant (By George). Also easy walk to Ted’s Montana Grill which I highly recommend! close to MARTA train station to airport.

First and foremost I have to thank hotel management team members Jermaine and Lavette (front of house operations) who were SO KIND AND HELPFUL and made my family and me feel so at home. They went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The hotel is beautiful from the facade to the lobby... some of the rooms are smaller due to the historic aspects of the building, and my initially assigned room was not large enough for my family. Jermaine and Lavette ensured I received a BEAUTIFUL room that made my stay unforgettable and I am always grateful.

beautiful building, close to restaurants and downtown. everything was exceptionally clean. The rooms were spacious and the linens were spotless.

Super hotel. Staff go above and beyond to meet requests and ensure a comfortable stay. The gym is exceptional for a hotel. Just a block from a Marta station. There are two good breakfast/lunch spots on the same block. The hotel at times was busy but everything continued to operate smoothly and we did not experience any noise issues from our 11th floor room. Tip: Room numbers ending in -10, -11, and -12 have great city views and are quiet corner rooms.
